How do I book an appointment?

Are you available via telehealth?

Yes. I conduct video assessments using HIPAA-compliant security.

In which states are you licensed to practice?

I have a physical office location in downtown Jersey City, New Jersey. I have a telehealth license for both New York and New Jersey.

Are you reachable outside of appointment hours?

Please note I am not available outside business hours of 8am-6pm. I will attend to messages left for me during those hours. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please visit your nearest emergency room. I will provide contingency plans as needed in our appointments.

Do you prescribe controlled substances?

If it is warranted after our assessments, I do provide prescriptions for controlled substances.

Do you fill out FMLA or disability paperwork?

I charge a flat rate of $100 for paperwork to be filled out.

Do you speak other languages?

I am fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Services and Fees

I provide medication management and individual therapy to people of all walks of life over the age of 18. I conduct in-person and telehealth appointments for New York and New Jersey. At this time, my rates are thus:

60-minute intake (first appointment): $500
45-minute therapy follow-up: $375
30-minute medication meeting: $250
15-minute med check: $125

I am only in-network with Mount Sinai UMR. I will provide the necessary documentation to submit to your insurance for the generous out-of-network benefits.
